Cancellation

Missed appointments and untimely cancellations leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled from our cancellation list, which in turn results in a loss of revenue.

Therefore, at the time of scheduling, we will request credit card information to keep securely on file, and ask that you call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients who fail to call will be charged a cancellation/no show fee of half of the service originally scheduled.
 

Children

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we insist that children are brought to the salon only if they have a scheduled appointment.


Retail Return Policy

 

We stand behind all of the products we sell in our salon. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given using the original method of payment.


Fees

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, you may request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

We do not accept Discover or American Express. We DO accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or checks.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.
 

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we call, email or text to confirm your appointments at least 1 business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments & cancellation fees.


Moda Capelli Guarantee

At Moda Capelli, we guarantee all of our work and it is our utmost priority that our clients LOVE their hair. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact us immediately so that we can accommodate you and adjust your hair free of charge. If you contact us more than a week after your original appointment date, it will be considered a separate appointment and regular service charges will apply.
